How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Your order confirmation

  • Your tracking number

This number allows you to follow your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

Step 1: Find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Step 2: Visit the shipping carrier’s tracking page.
Step 3: Enter your tracking number to view your order’s current status.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?

Your tracking number will be sent to the email address you used during checkout as soon as your order is dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.


What If I Can't Find My Tracking Number?

If you didn’t receive your shipping confirmation email or can’t find your tracking number:

Order Status – What Each Status Means

  • In Transit: Your order is on the way.

  • Out for Delivery: Your package is arriving today.

  • Delivered: Your order has been delivered successfully.

  • Returned: The package was unable to be delivered and is being returned to us.


What If My Order Is Delayed or Lost?

We understand delays can happen. If your order:

  • Has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, or

  • Shows no tracking updates
